I've been a veggie for over 14 years but never got into the "raw" lifestyle (no, that doesn't mean clothing optional!) Had my first taste from Brooke Preston of The Greene Boheme who gave a class at the Capital Athletic Club (which is definitely not green). Brooke is a formally trained vegan and raw chef and appears quite talented. Her company also provides ready made raw vegan meals and catering. If her raw Chocolate Mouse is any taste of things to come, then I'm suggesting you check out her site!

Have You Tried a Solar Cooker?
Just bought a solar cooker from Solar Cookers International and it worked great!
See the nice folks down in midtown and buy a cooker--sure, you can make your own, but buying from them helps others around the planet!
